Clarification on Skilled Worker Visa

I have been following this thread from last couple of months & i have got lot of knowledge. Thanks to ALL!

I myself had couple of questions for which were not answered in other forums. Please help me to answer below queries:

1. I came from India to UK on a tier 2 ict visa. I have a notice period of 90 days. Recently I got a new offer & they are willing to let me join in 4 months of time in UK & have asked me to submit notice only after new Visa is granted.
I'm worried once I get my new Skilled worker visa & put my notice for the current employer, What happens if my current employer ask me to go back to India? I have heard this from some people that companies might ask you to return back to india and complete your 3 months notice from India.


PS: This might not be a immigration question. But I want to know what are my right's & what does immigration say about this.

Please help/advise on above query.

It depends on the company.
Remember its always good to part on nice terms, as you need previous employers references in future or during background checks.
You may not get the salary settlement and pension transferred easily
