Travelling with Pre Settled Status

Post by dialectic » Thu Jul 08, 2021 9:50 am

Hi, just a quick one

I received my pre settled status last year under the settlement scheme. I still have my EEA Residence Card which expires 2023. Haven't applied for the replacement one yet.

I have a trip to Europe this month. Just to confirm on my way back to the UK I can present the old residence card and sort the replacement when I get back?

Yes, you may use the Residence card until it expires.
