TIER 2 SKILLED WORKER PBS DEPENDENT NHS

Hi,

I have just filled in the pbs dependent form (outside uk) and I cant find any information on IHS surcharge in dependent form. Is the NHS Free for Tier2 dependent or do i need to get health insurance?

Ihs fee is mandatory.

It is part of the application form process and payable towards the end.

It is £624 per year payable upfront.
