How many days can the skilled worker dependent be outside of UK

Dear Team,
I am on a skilled worker VISA and my dependents are planning to visit India. May I know how many days can the dependents stay outside, so that it shouldn't be a problem for ILR (5 years route) ?

No more than the 180 days in any rolling 12 month period.

In case due to covid if the person is not able to come to UK with in 180 days, what will happen ? Will the candidate completely loose their VISA status or will it not be considered for 5 years ILR ?

No more than 180 days in any 12 month rolling period for visas issued since 11th January 2018. That is what the rules state.

For main PBS visa holders, the 180 days per 12 months applies since visa issue date.
