Not straightforward email

Has anyone received approval email after receiving not straightforward email?
Applied 25th of March 2021
Bio 13th of April 2021
Application transferred to DMC same day.
Not straightforward email received on 7th of July
What to do next please?

What to do next please? Be patient.
It's either there are things that needs to be confirmed before the decision is made or the mail is sent out to stave off not being able to meet up the service time for the application.
On various posts here people got approval afterwards some as soon as a week after the not straightforward email and some much longer.

As said above, there is nothing you can do but wait. It is frustrating but remember it is not a refusal and if you know your papers were in order, all will be fine.

Can I complain to my MP? It has been 63 working day and it’s too stressful to wait longer.

You can try but in my experience so far it hasn't helped at all. I've escalated it with UKVI and have my MP contacting UKVI.

We applied Feb 25 and did her biometrics March 22 (which counts as working day 1)!!! Today is working day 80. We still don't have her visa. We received the "not straightforward" email on working day 58 (when the damn visa is supposed to be decided by wd60!).

Unfortunately if you google it UKVI has NOT been even meeting the 20 working day response time to MP's inquiries.
