Licence number not found

Hello,

I am getting the error below on my visa application, but the sponsor number is correct.

Licence number not found - please check the number. Enter your employer's sponsor licence number, not your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) reference number

Do you know what can I do to fix that?

Thanks in advance

1. check if the licence number is the same as in the CoS

2. If it is, may be the licence number changed in the meantime through, for example, a takeover - contact your sponsor

3. check if the company is still a registered sponsor: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... rs-workers

4. if, after having done the above the issue is still unresolved ask your sponsor to contact the UKVI employer helpline 0300 123 4699
