Adding Wife/Spouse name in Passport

Hi All,

I am going to apply skilled worker from India, recently I got married but my spouse/wife name is not added in passport

I will be travelling alone(not applying spouse visa) but in Visa application I mentioned my martial status as married, will it affect my visa application ? As I am married but spouse name not added in passport nor I have marriage certificate

Can you please advise, if this can affect my visa application
