You can scan and upload it yourself before the biomtric appointment.

indefinite-leave-to-remain/uploading-yo ... 96002.html

Barcode separators were for applications outside the UK.

Visa expiry is irrelevant. It is 28 days from completing your 5 years. The counting for 5 years starts from the date of your first entry to the UK

So do i have to apply 28 days from completing 5 years or am i ok to apply after lets say 5 years and 1 month?

Thanks

The earliest you can apply is within 28 days before reaching 5 years. That latest you can apply is the date the current visa expires.

Have you read the guide as you were advised ??
What part is confusing to you ?
Are you going to change the job before applying ?
Are you applying under category A or B ??

Hi,
Yes i will be changing my job 5 months before applying and currently I've been with my current employer for almost 2 years, so i am not sure whether its category A or B apply to me?

Thanks

Hello again,

Please could you clarify the following, I'm a bit confused?

1) My partner is working for the same employer for two years so i know it will be category A for him. but he earns less than £18600.

2) I work for the same employer and have been for the last 10 months, but my contract may come to an end before we apply for the ILR (M) and i may have to find another job.

so what i need to know, if my employer extend my contract we can apply under Category A and we can both combine our earnings to make up the £18600. is this correct ? :)

however, if my employer don't extend my contract and i end up finding another job, which means, i then have to apply under Category B, can we still combine my earning's under category B and my partners under Category A to make up the £18600?

Thank you :)
