**Important and urgent****
1) Because of the Incorrect fees paid for my application, I have to pay Additional top-up for my application and I sent out mail to support (Home office) with all my details ,and asking them to send top-up payment form which is missing in the mail.
When I check with them they said it will take 15 days to get update from support team, but my time line is only 10 working days for making payment. -
Is there any other way to track them to get things done ASAP?
2. I have submitted the Bio-metrics on last month , but when I login with my already submitted application in Home office site no idea why it's showing again to book appointment.
Please advise on this what to do the next process.
