BRP collection time window

If I am applying UK skilled worker visa from outside UK-
1. For how long will I get a visa on my passport
2. How many days after the decision would I have to collect the BRP?

For example- after the decision of the application comes, and I cannot come to UK within next 30-45 days, would my visa and BRP expire?

1. Initial visa vignetter is valid for 90 days.

2. Within 10 days after arriving in the UK usually.

So, basically once I get visa stamped, I will have 90 days to come to UK to collect my BRP.

Is that right?

You have 90 days to come to the UK. You collect your brp within 10 days of arrival.
