are you sure doctors (GPs) are not accepted for children? as it says in the guidance:alterhase58 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 22, 2021 10:36 pm1. Children also need referees. For children the professional referee has to be someone who is involved with the child (not GPs though) - it is often difficult to find prospective referees who are willing to share their details with you. In that case you could perhaps use your own referee(s) if they know the children. Attach a note explaining.
2. LITUK doesn't expire - you just enter the pass number. You can both use your English proof from ILR (tick the appropriate box).
The child can apply when you do. There is no 12 month period to wait for children.har_p3 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 6:23 pmHi Experts,
Me and my Mrs. are already eligible for naturalisation. However, our child will not be eligible for another 2 months as their ILR got delayed last year. The question I have is, can i go ahead and apply for my and Mrs. as one application now and start a new application for child individually when they are eligible in 2 months? Would that cause any issue other than logistics which is fine.
The 12 months on ilr applies to people 18 and over.
