My partner who is a Mozambican national/passport holder but residing in Portugal on a temporary residence permit EEA ID, would like to visit me in
a UK national. I know he can freely travel within member states. I am not to sure if he can come to the UK without a visa up until the 30th September or would we need to apply for a visa because of his passport and temporary permit. Thank you
