Tier 1 entrepreneur to ILR application document list

Hi guys,

I'm going to apply my ILR through T1E 5 years 200k route and I would like to share my document list with you guys, if there is any missing please let me know. I will really appreciate:) At the meantime if this may help you in the future:)

1. Passport + old passport copies
2. 2 BRP copies
3. personal statement about my business, my job description, the implementation of my business plan, and some pictures of my business and premises
4. Police Registration Certificate
5. Current Appointments Report
6. Certificate of registration of VAT
7. VAT returns payment history
8. Appointment page from Company House
9. Company filing history page
10. CT600 - 2 years
11. CT610 copy
12. Accountant letter (joined business)
13. Annual Accounts - 3 years
14. Entrepreneur team member passport and BRP copy
15. Lease of my premises
16. Licence of my business
17. Letter from my Bank (showing I have signatory control) and one month bank statement
18. Insurance for the business
19. Sales Invoices
20. Trade Mark registration certificate
21. Passport copies, job descriptions, hours breakdowns, payslips, FPS, and P60s for two employees
22. all P60s of last year
23. PAYE payment history
24. VAT returns history
25. Utility bills
26. CV
27. UK uk Degree certificate
28. Life in the uk test number

I got my ILR via the Tier 1 Ent 200k route also. I submitted documents:

1) CAR (not older than 3 months)
2) (CT41G or CT603) AND/OR CT600 (latest is the best if possible)
3) 1 month business bank statement or bank letter (latest best)
4) RTI- FPS
5) Employee Wage Slips
6) Employee Passport copies
7) Accountant letter (only if joined or taken over an existing business)
8- Life in UK
9) UK degree or English Requirement
11) Passport(s) covering qualifying period and current BRP
12) Overview of business/Director job/role description
13) Employee job role description

Only the above documents are needed. All other documents in your list are optional/extra/unnecessary. You do not have to submit any documents for genuine entrepreneur test. However, CW may request at a later stage.

I submitted some extra - only 4 extra pages (but not many):

1) VAT registration certificate
2) Motor Trade Certificate
3) DVLA trade plates certificate
4) Employer’s Liability Certificate
(pertaining to my business nature but it was NOT necessary).

You can also submit some (2-4 certificates depending on your business nature) for genuine entrepreneur test if you wish but it is advisable to submit only to the point documents. Submitting unnecessary documents do more harm than benefit. It is your choice what you want to include though.

* Police registration certificate maybe applicable in your case.
