Red List countries and Immigration

Hello

My wife has been granted spouse visa few weeks ago. We were waiting for Pakistan to be removed from the list. However there is still no progress

Here initial visa is expiring on 13 Sep. Does any body know what is going on with this redlist fiasco ? Is there any other legal way for her to avoid 10-day quarantine ?

Should we extend the visa or do 10-days hotel quarantine ( with 2 kids) ?
