FLR M form question - Sponsor HO reference number

If submitting documents in individual names, they should be from the same period, same month for example.

I would appreciate some advice on my query.

There is a question in the form where I as a sponsor needs to provide HO reference number

'Does Mr xxxxx have any Home Office reference numbers'

I got British citizenship 7 years ago and I am not very clear which HO reference number should I provide? Is it when I got my ILR reference / case number before citizenship or what if I am unable to find any.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
