Skilled worker visa - supplementary work

Good morning friends
For those who are on skilled worker Visa , they can only do up to 20 hours of supplementary work . Does this apply even the migrant is doing a job in another country and working remotely? Do they have to stick to only 20 hours a week even if they work in their country of original remotely?
