WITHDRAW APPLICATION REFUND

How do i get contact UK immigration service for get FLR application refund. I requested for withdraw my wife's application due to made some error. Submitted date 13th of july. Request date for withdraw that application 16th of july. But still didnt hear anything from them regarding my request!!! I called this number they given 03007906268 so many times but its says LINE BUSY....ANY HELP!!!!!!

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks, sometimes.

What was the error in the form?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Thank you for reply.
I entered some dates wrong in that apapplication in two sections.so i withdraw that application.and made another new one.

You could have simply addressed the errors with a covering letter.

Yes, true. I thought about that then i dont wanna take any chances so ended up putting a fresh application.Now have to wait 6 weeks.
