ILR revocation if a family member has ILR revoked

Post by jvr2001 » Sun Aug 01, 2021 8:10 pm

Just a theoretical question which may seem odd:

When my family and I were applying for ILR, our solicitor told us of some scenarios where ILR can be revoked just out of curiosity. This had me thinking: if a family member (parent or sibling etc.) has their ILR revoked because they committed a crime and were subsequently deported or deprived of their status, do the remaining family members also lose their status? Would seem unfair if they did.
