Permanent Job on Spouse Visa

Hi there,

I am on Spouse visa (wife is British citizen) & we have a son too. I'm working on a temporary ongoing contract but my company wants to make me permanent (it will include pension & everything).

Can I work as permanent employee on Spouse Visa or not?
