ILR lapse and BRP

Hi I also wanted to ask similar to this post what is the process of getting the BRP card (ILR) once back in the Uk and how long does it take? I’ve been outside the Uk in Pakistan for over 2 years now due to family and the covid restrictions but plan to come back now. I understand I need to apply for a returning resident visa from Pakistan but then what is the process of actually getting the card once I’m back in the Uk and how long will it take to get the card?
