Students visa proof of funds

Post by dp12 » Mon Aug 16, 2021 12:21 pm

Hi everyone

I’m applying to U.K. student visa. Just one question that is it to show my grandfather bank account for the funds. That is only bank account fulfills 28 days fund criteria?? Do I need to join this account as joint account holder?? Do I need any documents from my grandfather for his consent?
Option2: can I show my bank account + my parents bank account. And add the total funds from these 2 accounts and show them the accumulated funds from these 2 accounts??

Kindly help
Regards
DP

It is all in covered in the information at the application portal:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/financial-e ... applicants

If you need individual advice about your application, best speak to the university that is sponsoring your visa. They are as invested as you are in the application succeeding.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
