Did you submit EU1 or EU3?

I would defo go for Judicial Review coz 3.5yrs is a ridiculous wait.

I am also on temporary stamp from over 3 years. I am stuck with EU5 FORM. i have question?
did you travel in your temp stamp 4? is it safe to travel? i mean, if you away, example in India, and they refuse your stamp in your absence, can you still travel way to Ireland?
please advice?

Did you have an active stamp 4 at the time of decision?

Yes, because you can reach out and request an extension. I did that once my previous gnib was expiring.

Same situation here. Been waiting 10 months. No temporary stamp. Submitted all requirements. Last reply from them was December.
I wonder was you employed when you applied for temporary stamp? I'm in the same board now. :)

thanks for your reply! I'm exactly on the same boat. It's stressful with employment aspect giving the whole "notice period" and all. I'm glad it worked out for you!

They really didn’t reply or reply always with template until I started to send multiple emails. It looks like pushing them it worked. I would suggest you to send emails with what is stressing you most, e.g. work reason or family reason etc
