Need Suggestion

Dear Seniors,

I ve come across many post on "No work No business" printed in vignette and unfortunately I also falls now in same category.

My question is whether it is compulsary to change the vignette before arriving in UK?

How long it would take if I change my vignette after arriving in UK along with BPR replacement if it also Carries the same mistake for student dependent?

Please suggest as I am travelling on 14th September with my family.
