Collecting BRP for a child who is currently taking exams

Hi all.

I'm asking for a friend.

Is it possible to collect a minor's BRP (student's dependent) before she arrives in the UK? The child is currently completing a class and will be taking exams that were delayed because of Covid and she will not be able to join the mother in the UK until December 2021.

Can the mother collect the BRP and send it to the daughter?

The passport with the entry stamp is required when collecting a BRP.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
