How to get H1B visa from UK

Hi,

After spending one year in uk i am planning to apply for H1B visa to U.S. How good are the chances. Do i need to apply thru the consultant/company from India or can I apply thru the consultants from uk.

will all depend upon the circumstances and rules at that time. normally its good and advised to go back to ut home country and apply
