Indian passport renewal in UK

Hello,

I am trying to fill up the renewal application for my Indian passport in the UK. Could you please help me in getting the answer to the following questions:

1. I want to change my Indian address on the passport. What kind of proof would be okay? For instance, aadhaar card, Indian bank statement?
2. What should be the address in Annexure E. It says residing at .... I am assuming it's my UK address?

4. I want to add my spouse's name to my passport but my wedding certificate is not in English. Do I need to get it translated to English?
