Priority service but no decision yet

Hi, Recently I applied for my visa extension with priority service. Its been more than 5 days since I had my biometrics but no communication from HO. As I understand that we can request a refund of priority fee for not meeting the timeline. Could someone confirm which email id to use to request refund.

I recently applied for my dependent visa extension using priorty service but its 7 working days and no communication yet. I assume its simple case of extension. Is this normal? What's the point of priority /super priority if thdy don't communicate in standard time.

I have applied switching from tier 2 general to Skilled worker visa on 27 August with priority service. Still no response from HO.
