IRP online renewal

i have applied for renewal of IRP 30/08/21, i have submitted and paid but have not recieved a confirmation email, the money was taken from my account but no confirmation email. when i login, i see my application under 'submitted' but there is no awknowledgment ID number. i have sent emails but no reply. has this happened to anyone before? do i need to do another application and ask for a refund for this?

Applied in May 2021 no confirmation email and no responses to my email.
