You start counting from the date you received COA , application gets attended to , after you received cOA so it's 3months plus not 4months

Thanks for your input but the intention of my post wasn’t about the when the countdown begins but in general how long it has taken my mother’s particular application from the moment of the online submission to receiving a decision email and it that case it is exactly 4 months.
Everyone I’m sure could work out their own timelines.

Hello everyone,
We have just received an email with the decision for my mum EUSS application. She has been granted Pre-Settled status and we are over the moon with this outcome! She received her decision exactly today which is her EUSS family permit expiry date. I know she would’ve been still legal had she not received her decision today whilst it’s under review but I think HO tried to complete her application relevantly around the time her EUSS FP would expire.
After waiting exactly 4 months from the day of submission, we finally got there! So, all May applicants can be rest assured their turn on its way.

Party time 🥳
Congratulations to your mum

Apology Big toe,I have accidentally mixed up dates and instead of 8/06/2021 which was my mum’s COA, I put 2/06/2021 which was in fact her biometrics date. I realised that I put a wrong date later.
Anyway,As Vin34 said every application has got different case worker and different circumstances. I’d say my mum’s case was pretty straightforward , we never had a case worker contacting us for an additional info as we supplied everything. That’s why it was so frustrating to wait for it for such long time.
Hope you get yours soon 🤞.

Another question. If I have applied for EUSS, haven't received the COA yet. but my Family permit visa expires on October 28,2021. IF I travel outside of the UK but come back before the visa expiration date, will I be okay to enter the UK?
Ive tried calling to the eu resolution center and ukvi, noone answers.

The certificate of application, COA is the confirmation of ur valid application. Don't know if you have kept the relationship before 31st December?

Hello everyone,

I'm a non-Eu family member and this is my timeline:

Online application for pre-settled status - May 7th 2021
Biometrics - May 20th
COA - June 2nd

I'm still awaiting decision. I've spoken to the resolution centre twice, but I didn't get any clear response from them.

I would like to know if there are any May applicants that are still haven't received a decision from the HO yet.
