Hi nel_2019

I have emailed them recently as we were waiting for the 28 days to pass so currently waiting for a reply; how many days did they take to reply to you?
Have you contacted your MP again?
This journey is so long
I emailed them since 25 august but no reply! And as for my MP they haven’t replied since then😭 that’s why I’m stressing 😭😭😭nothing is helping so far
I read online that the HO has 12 weeks/90 days to implement the allowed decision after the determination was sent but we all know what the home office is like, they take forever. Did the judge grant you a full fee award?
Hey,

Yes judge did say that home office should pay but haven’t recieved my refund yet.

Any news ?
I haven't received my refund yet either, neither have I received any news, still waiting for a reply from the home office and mp

I hope we receive something soon iA

Hey guys

I wanted to get advice from you all, my appeal was allowed second week of July and since then we have not heard anything from the home office. Contacted MP they haven’t replied, home office hasn’t replied to my emails. It’s caused me so much stress and anxiety. It’s nearly 7 weeks. Can anyone HELP PLZ!!

Much appreciate if you could tell me what to do!!
the home office is very slow. My solicitor told me they normally will take 1-3months to respond to the tribunal decision.
Do you have their contact details?

Both email and phone number
Have you contacted your local MPs? I think they can help you to ask the home office. My MPs was helped me to ask the home office why they make that decision too slow and looks like stopping the case. And then the situation like more faster. I get the hearing date after one week and eventually the home office withdrawal the decision.
Hello,

Yes I did contact MP but they haven’t replied and it’s annoying. I call them and it says not available leave a voice messages. Although I did send them voice mail and they haven’t called me back!!!

I have contacted determination team and no reply.

I have also called them ( paid outside UK) hence it says please wait and although I waited for 2 and half hours, it automatically ends the call. I’m stuck in darkness and there seems to be no way out of it!
So sorry to hear about your situation. Are there any Mps near your living area? Or you can go to the office to ask. Remember you must describe your situation as very bad and only they can help. Send email to other local societies, ask them how to find the MPs. Actually, Home Office is not responsible to reply the question from us, but they must reply to the MPs. So you must find MPs to help you first. Maybe try other location area MPs, said your MPs doesn't reply you and you can't find him, just mention your situation is urgent and need help.

No, haven't been refunded. Yes we have a representative but theres only so much they can do, they have escalated this matter urgently a few times but everything is on a go slow all they get back is 'we will forward this on to the ECO'. Solicitor said the home office is working very slowly! Usually people receive something by now but were still here waiting i hope we get some good news soon. Were also waiting for the MP to reply, hoping they can help, i guess everyone is working extremely slowly. If we had received something i guess it would've been ok but not knowing whats going on is making it extremely hard on us all.

Hi nel_2019,

I have also been refunded the same amount. I spoke to our solicitor. The reason this has occurred is because when we paid for the ihs they used the incorrect currency which resulted in us paying over, so therefore they are refunding those who have been affected by this overcharge. I hope that helps.

It shouldn't be a concern as its regarding everyone that was affected not just an individual case.

As in time frame to submit passport, even the solicitors dont know at this current time although they did say when the appeal was allowed it will take 1-3 months, they're working very slow at the moment!

Regarding IHS, We didn't receive the refund when my husband got refused. They still withhold this.

My MP contacted the Home Office on our behalf but they did say the HO have a backlog but whenever they receive a response from them they will be in touch.

I think this is why we haven't heard anything because of this 'backlog'.

Have you guys got a solicitor?

and especially with Christmas around the corner, things will get much slower.

It's a joke how they really handle everything! We have exhausted all options but still, no news, has your husband try to contact them from his country?

Hi all

I been trying to contact all home office departments but no luck! However I have received email from them and I’m confused what they mean by this ?

Your email has been forwarded to the entry clearance post in Amman which processed xxx application. The Entry Clearance Manager (ECM) has requested some documentation which will be provided by our Post Hearing Team. Once the ECM has received that documentation the post will process the grant of entry clearance and will be in contact with Xxxx.

What could this mean! I believe they haven’t even checked my application😭

How long do you think they would reply ?

Can anyone help plz!
