ILR Appointment for Priority Services

Hi Team,

This is for a friend who is applying for ILR along with Family for Priority Services Tier 2 General + 3 Dependant.

Query
As the application is submitted under Priority Services do they get an option to book the Biometric appointment under Priority Services as well?
They will be submitting the application on 22nd November however they want to travel to home country on 15 December what are the challenges they could face due to this narrow timeline?

Priority service is a UKVI service only and not a UKCVAS biometric appointment service
