Naturalization Degree Certificate Name /Passport name

Hi All,
My wife is due for Naturalization application ,i notice her degree certificate has K.LLLLLLL and after marriage he name change LLLLLLL.PPPPPP for example .

Naric letter has LLLLLLL.PPPPPP which is in passport and ILR etc .

Can you advice will this been an issue ?Anything we need to do ?

This will most likely be an issue as it will mean that the degree won't be directly linked to your wife.

Since you've mentioned that it was your wife's pre-marital name, you may need to prove this e.g., by providing a birth certificate that has her pre-marital name (which must also match the name in the degree).
