I’m on tier 2 skilled worker visa with my current employer which will expire in weeks. Instead of renewing it I’ve secured a new job with another employer and got my new tier 2 visa sorted with then and I have got my new BRP too. But due to some circumstances I’d like to continue with my current employer.
1. What should I do now?
2. I have got my wife’s dependant visa sorted with new employer, does that need to be changed as well?
3. Will this put me in any adverse situation during new visa application or ILR application time?
