PBS Dependant visa extension of Naturalised British Citizen

Apologies if this has been asked before, wasn't able to search for a correct response.

Me:
Country of birth: India
Tier 2 expiry: Nov 2018

Married and Spouse arrives on Tier-2 dependant visa granted until: Nov 2018.
Me: Applied for and ILR granted: Nov 2018
Spouse applied and granted Tier-2 PBS extension: Nov 2018, granted until Nov 2021
I've received my British Citizenship: Nov, 2020

What visa type/ form does the wife need to use to extend her Tier-2 PBS dependant visa? We want to extend on her dependant visa as we don't want her "ILR route clock to be reset".

There are several different options when you start the journey on gov.uk.

1. PBS partner: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner

"if your partner is a sponsored worker, their Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) details including the Sponsor Licence Number"
I don't have any of this and honestly is not relevant anymore with my current status as a British Citizen.

2. Family visa: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... ily-routes

Seems like an awful lot of questions in this application, so we're a bit skeptical. Also worried applying for this will effectively "reset the 3 years in the UK clock".

Please can someone advice on which application/ route do we need to take? The link to starting the online application would be really appreciated as it is so very confusing.

However, the extension form for dependant asks for my CoS, Visa Expiry date which I do not have anymore and isn't it irrelevant anymore?

What do we put in for those (mandatory) details?
