Travelling whilst waiting for spouse visa decision

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows if the sponsor can travel abroad whilst waiting for a spouse visa decision.

The sponsor can travel. Ensure there is a readily available means of being contacted should their be need for clarification or anything from HO.
