FLR (M) Extension query

Hi Everyone

My wife FLR (M) was granted in July 2019 and expires in January 2022.

1) I couldn't find the application link for FLR (M) extension. If anyone have the link for FLR (M) extension application form please share?

2) I used to work through my limited company due to IR35 moved to umbrella company in April 2021. My question is do I need to submit the payslips/income proof for both limited company and umbrella or just last 6 months payslips of umbrella?

3) I need to request any employment letter from umbrella company or payslips and bank statements enough to prove?

4) Initial application has been applied with A1 English test, she need to take B1 now instead of A2 and also the same B1 can be used further for ILR after 30 months ?

Any clarification on the above would be much appreciated.

The link you provided above is for initial application form, we need a link for extension application form and initial one please?

On the link provided above, one of the question it states “ Did the test assess your speaking and listening skills at a level equivalent to CEFR A1 or higher?”

It should say A2 or higher for extension application right? please correct me if I am wrong.

My question is the same application form for both FLR (M) initial application and FLR (M) Extension (I mean same link), coz the link you provided is for initial application and not extension.

I’m looking for an application form for FLR (M) extension.

Any clarification would be great.

It's the same link!! There is only one FLR M form.
