Hi, do we need to provide passport details of origin country or the British passport details for below section in the letter? Shall the nationality be country of origin or should I put British?

Yes you may provide the same.
Shall the nationality be country of origin or should I put British? It has to be the nationality that the applicant holds on the day.

My daughter holds British passport now. So, I assume need to provide to British passport details for 'date of issue' and 'date of expiry'. Please can you suggest.

The letter is for representing your wifes (consent on her behalf) while surrendering indian passport. If you want to mention date of your British passport you may do so but its not required here.

All those details would be filled in the application form.
