Cannot Find Country On Gov.UK EU Settlement Scheme Application

Hello Everyone,

As per my previous posts I am a person from Northern Ireland and my husband has been granted an EEA permit. We are now starting his application for EU Settlement. When I select the option on the online application to prove my identity "enter my details online and send my identity documents by post" I cannot find Taiwan (his nationality) on the list of countries. Seems strange. Do I select the option of "Person of Unspecified Nationality" as I cannot find his country?

The official name for Taiwan is "Republic of China" - not to be confused with "Peoples Republic of China" ....
