Both of those both public funds.

Child Benefit. - If you are eligible you can claim Child Benefit in your name only. You will need to link your NRPF wife, but the claim must be in your name only.
OR, If your wife is from one of the countries that has an agreement with the UK for Child Benefit, she can claim. See the list https://www.gov.uk/child-benefit-move-to-uk

Tax Credit (Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit) are also public funds but they can't be claimed anymore by new claimants as they have been replaced by Universal Credit, which has a child elelment.
Universal Credit is also a public fund but unlike Tax Credit, Universal Credit is a means tested welfare benefit. You would have to make a joint claim for UC, but must not take any extra benefit money for your NRPF wife as it is a public fund.

You would also have to be very careful that you don't take extra benefit money for your NRPF wife.
My partner is a person subject to immigration control
