Tier 2 ICT - Valid for 6 Years!

Hi,

I first came to UK with a Tier 2 ICT - Short Term for 1 year and then came back again with Tier 2 ICT - Long term visa for 5 years. There was no cool-off period in between. I was out of UK for just 1 month during the Long term application process(which is valid for 5 years).

Currently, my BRP is valid for 5 years as part of the Long term visa but if I include the first trip (Short Term - 1 Year), it would be totalling upto 6 years. As per the current rules, I am allowed to stay only 5 out of 6 years in the UK on ICT but in my case it is almost 6 out of 6 years. Is there any issue with this?
