Change of Employer / CoS -- VISA Fee/ IHS Refund ?

Post by Vijay1980 » Mon Nov 15, 2021 1:38 pm

Hello,

Can you please clarify having spent VISA FEE + IHS FEE for 5 years out of my pocket, and now if i switch my employer / and use a new CoS ... is there a refund(transfer to new CoS) i can get from already paid VISA Fees or the IHS Fees. As still there are more than 4 years of validity is left on my old CoS / Fees which were already paid.

Thanks

No visa fee refunds. You got a visa based on what you paid.

IHS unlikely to be refunded because again, you got the visa you paid for. You could try, buy no guarantee.

For a new visa, you have to pay the fees and IHS again.

You won't have any refund on the visa application fees, but you will have a partial refund on the paid IHS prorated to the time remaining on your current leave.

IHS refund
