HSMP AND BUSINESS VISA

One of my friend have hsmp visa valid till 12/2009

he came here and left in 3 months-due to no work

but again after 6 months and 1.5 year (twice ) indian company sent hime here on fresh business visa

he asked me can he come here again on old hsmp visa as it is valid till 12/2009

i am not good in this reply ?

any help appreciated

couldnt really understand ur question but if u r asking that if he can enter uk on his HSMP visa valid till 12/09 then answer is YES
