My British partner getting HB, does this effect my FLR?

My monthly wages are £1650 from employment and my name also in Universal credit with my husband and his British children, who are getting housing benefits,does this effect my FLR?
I am not getting any benefits. Please help me, Thanks

It has no effect on you if claiming in his own name and your details included solely for compliance.

If your partner’s leave is subject to a 'no recourse to public funds' restriction, you should seek specialist immigration advice before making a claim, if you and your partner are joint tenants. As your partner’s share of the rent is used to calculate the housing element of Universal Credit, this might be considered as 'recourse to public funds', which could affect their right to remain in the UK.

To avoid confusion for others, you can't be claiming Housing Benefit with Universal Credit because Housing Benefit is one of the six welfare benefits that Universal Credit replaced. You are claiming Universal Credit with the housing elelement.

Universal Credit is not given to those who have 16k in savings or capital. You both had to complete a form and declare your own earnings and both had to declare the capital (savings held in any country, land or housing in any country). He can't take extra money for a NRPF partner, but your capital and earnings are counted for any means tested welfare benefits he asks for. Partners are required to keep each other.

You had to declare the capital and your earnings to the Coucil Tax Benefit office too.

As you/your husband has not replied to any of the questions asking if you have told all the benefit agencies about your over £62,500 savings held abroad. In answer to this question below-

As stated, you are linked to your husband's Universal Credit means tested welfare claim and were required to declare your earnings and capital abroad. He could not have the Universal Credit welfare benefit with your savings.
