There are no sample or template cover letters. Simply write a brief letter explaining what you need to explain.

A cover letter is not usually required anyway

I have been claiming Child Benefit for 2 x kids whose visa is due for an extension in December 2021.

Is that an issue?

Applying for extension the week commencing 13th of December.

For clarity, letter from the employer, GP etc should be issued within 30 days before the application submission date?

What do we add to the life event documents sections?

Also, I have scanned my passport (each page) added them all to a word document and converted it to a pdf. This way all pages are uploaded as a single document, is that OK or should pages be uploaded desperately.

Better to upload as a single document so far not exceeding the file limit.

Spouse Visa Extension

What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK?

Will the answer be Settlement or Further Leave to Remain

Hello, Last payslip was issued on the 25 Nov, If I apply on 23rd or 24th December will this be out of date?

Does the last payslip and statement need to be issued within 28 days of the application?

Thank you CR001

One last question, In other documents section I have been asked me to provide an accommodation consent letter, will that be separate to the sponsor letter?

Hi All, Will the sponsor letter be enough or do I have to write a separate one for accommodation that my spouse and kids are living with me?

Incorporate the statement about accommodation into your cover letter. Do note that evidence of cohabitation is required, provide what you have and explain the circumstances.

Hi All,

Is it possible to pay for IHS fee by phone instead of paying it online?

I am applying for my spouse and two dependents extension visa, I was hoping the payment for each of the applicant will be made separately and I will use my credit and debit cards. Don't have required amount in the current bank account.

Will I be also be asked to pay the combined visa fee for all three applicant?

I remember when I was applying for the initial leave to enter I paid for each applicant separately, but looks like it has changed.

Please do respond, visas are expiring on the 13th of January 2022.

Regards

Application fee was paid together, i didn't see an option to make payment separately.

IHS fee can be paid individually/separately.
