Hi, escalated it for a third time 2 weeks ago but still not heard anything back, losing my patience now. Have you heard anything?

Same, I have escalated my case 4 times now but still the same replies from them. I have now decided to get my MP involved. I emailed him a few days ago but he hasn't replied to me yet. I feel so helpless and frustrated! Have you gone past the 120 working days? Although the HO say that they decide 100% of applications within 6 months, I'm actually doubting this and worried that they may take longer

So today is 110 working days for me actually and I’m seriously doubting getting a reply within 120 days too. There’s literally nothing else we can do, I was thinking of getting in contact with my MP once I pass the 120 working days. I’m just so sick of waiting now

I agree with mimmy. The passport is with vfs or maybe with british embassy, ukvi has nothing to do with it. Or maybe they can track where the passport is and reply accordingly

I completely understand you, I feel the exact same! It's so unfortunate that we're having to wait this long. The fact that we pay the HO so much money for the application its simply unfair to be receiving a service like this. Its 109 working days for me today. Yes I think you should, I'm waiting to hear back from my MP.
