Time between B1/B2 appointment and getting passport back

Time between B1/B2 appointment and getting passport back

Please could I check how much time does it usually take for the passport to be returned from the date of the appointment in the London counslate for a B1/B2 visa. I have managed to get an appointment on 1st Feb (Tuesday) and am supposed to travel on 6th Feb (Sunday) hence the question. Alternatively is it possible to get an earlier appointment through an agent or something.
