Hi All,

I have posted before but probably under wrong route, didn't get any replies. If anyone could help it will be highly appreciated. My mother is not well and I need to travel don't know what to do

I'm non-EEA spouse of EEA national, I applied for in country Pre settled status in Jan 2020 which was refused in Sep 2020, filed appeal had hearing in Aug 2021 which is now allowed and have received decision on 20th October. anyone been in this situation or have any idea how long homeoffice can take after successful appeal to issue BRP. I haven't received any correspondence from homeoffice. I have contacted my MP HomeOffice said it might take a while to give a detailed look at the case, how long no one know
