appeal sponsor and representative

I am filling the form of the appeal
can i make my sponsor , my representative i mean can the sponsor be the representative the reason why i ask this is because on the leaflet they gave me with the refusal it says the representative need to be from a oisc registrered etc
can my wife be my sponsor and my representative ?
please advice as i am poor in time i have to lodge this nightmare soon
