A question regarding supporting documents for BC

Post by a85 » Sun Jan 16, 2022 6:59 pm

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks to every one for all these years of support! Now I am in the last step i.e, BC application.

I have ILR for more that 12 months and now I have applied for the BC. I have these two question regarding supporting documents:

1. In the supporting documents it asks for the followings:
• Mr X's proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions
• Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mr X
These are one thing that is my BRP (showing indefinite leave to remain). Am I right?

2. Also, in the supporting documents it asks for the following:

• The passport issued by Iran, Islamic Republic of for Mr X
• Proof of living in the UK for Mr X for 5 years
I am planning to put the scan of all the pages of my passports (including expired one). These are sufficient to satisfy the above two items? These are somehow the same!

Thanks in advance for the help, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Annex 3 - Biometric Biographic and Exception Referral

Post by a85 » Tue Jan 25, 2022 9:39 pm

Hi everyone,

Today I attended the UKVCAS appointment butvat the end I recieved an Annex 3 - Biometric Biographic and Exception Referral due to some scars on my fingers as well as not enough light in the room so the pucture was dark.

The person assured me its ok but keep the form!

Is there anyone else who has recieved this form?

Does this add any implication to my case?

Thanks for the replies

I just attended my appointment and the same thing happened. They gave me the form and noted a scar on my finger. I doubt it should be an issue though as we can't really do much about a scar. It can't be grounds for refusal. Lots of people cut their hands cooking etc.

Ditto with me. I was given the Annex 3. They wrote my hands were dry, and the moisturiser they gave did not help. Did not even try a second time to take prints.
