Global Talent Dependant Vs Tier-2 Dependant

Hi,

I am on Global Talent Visa, and before that I was on Tier-2 visa for 2.5 years and I am very close to apply for my ILR (Following 3-year route). My family is on Tier-2 dependant visa, and they are following 5 year route towards ILR (They will be eligible to apply for ILR in 2024). Do, my family need to switch towards Global Talent dependant visa before I apply for my ILR or they can apply for their ILR (on 5-year route) by staying on Tier-2 dependant visa.
